After one day, the access data is anonymised by deleting the IP address from the relevant data records.
The stored data is used exclusively for statistical purposes. It will not be passed on to third parties, either in whole or in part. There will be no syncronisation with other databases.

The Commercial Court Hamburg website uses a) a session cookie and b) a Google Analytics cookie for web analysis.
a) The session cookie is stored on your computer's hard drive and is valid for 30 minutes from the last activity on commercial-court.hamburg. This session cookie is necessary to ensure the even load balance of our servers. The session cookie does not store any personal data and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about user behavior.
b) Google Analytics also uses cookies that enable an analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use Google Analytics in compliance with data protection regulations with the extension "_anonymizeIp()." This extension means that the IP addresses transmitted to Google can only be processed there in a shortened, anonymized form, thus preventing any personal reference to the user. Google will use this information to evaluate your visit to the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the data on Google's behalf. Google will never associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
You can deactivate the use of Google Analytics cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Please use the help function of your internet browser to learn how to change these settings. This does not apply to the necessary session cookie (see a) above). Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent to the collection and storage of data for Google Analytics at any time with future effect.
