Commercial Chambers

The Regional Court of Hamburg has set up two Commercial Chambers (Civil Divisions 4 and 33). The Commercial Chambers specialise in commercial disputes with a value of or exceeding EUR 5,000 and conduct the entire proceedings exclusively and completely in English. The chambers are designed to conduct proceedings in an efficient, structured and modern manner.
 
The judges of the Commercial Chambers have particular expertise in international commercial law as well as extensive experience in international litigation and arbitration, both from a judicial and an attorney‘s perspective.
